Dawn Asbach, author (with Janice Veal) of two popular cookbooks, San Juan Classics and San Juan Classics II, single-handedly put this cookbook together – gathering the recipes, retyping, standardizing the language (teaspoon instead of tsp) sorting and arranging into a real cookbook. All to benefit the Guemes Island Historical Society.
