7:45:     Planning for 2025 – discuss priorities for the year ahead.

1. Current Projects:
   1. C23-1: Follow-up with the County on implementation; education of Islanders
   2.  Rainwater Catchment: follow-up with Health
   3. USGS Report Review and Release
   4. Comp Plan Update – BoCC slated to adopt in June 2025
   5. Shoreline Master Plan – track status; follow-up if needed
   6. Skagit Transit – para-transit ridership; promote micro-transit if funding is secure

1. Possible Projects:
   1. Website: cost to develop and maintain; who maintains; who provides content
   2. Fundraising
   3. Ferry
   4. South Shore/Edens Road
