SKAGIT COUNTY PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT SERVICES NOTICE OF DECISION File # PL19-0700

Notice is hereby given that on July 10, 2020, the Administrative Official approved Administrative Critical Areas Variance PL19-0700 filed by Art Peterson on behalf of Karen Everett. The request is to reduce the standard 100 foot marine shoreline buffer to 50 feet to allow for construction of a single family residence, septic drainfield, and water storage tanks.

The proposed project is located within a portion of the property described as parcel number P61720. The site address is 5053 Guemes Island Road.

The full application for this proposal is on file with PDS, and was reviewed under the provisions of Skagit County Code (SCC). This information is available to the public on request. A decision on the application was made within 120 days of the date the application was determined to be complete pursuant to SCC 14.06.210.

The applicant and/or party of record may appeal this decision to the Skagit County Hearing Examiner following the procedures of SCC 14.06.110(7) through 14.06.110(14). Parties with standing to appeal must submit the Notice of Appeal application and appeal fees to Planning and Development Services within 14 calendar days of the publication of this Notice pursuant to SCC 14.06.110.
