On Saturday, May 20, 2017, the peak season sailing schedule and fares will be in effect for the Guemes Island Ferry.
The Board of Skagit County Commissioners has signed Resolution R20120140 establishing hours of operation and peak season dates for the ferry. The peak season will be in effect from May 20, 2017 to September 30, 2017.
The peak season sailing schedule has hours of operation as follows:
Monday – Thursday;        6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Friday – Saturday;             6:30 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
Sunday;                               8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
The peak season fare structure in 2017 will include a 10-trip vehicle and driver and a 10-trip vehicle and senior/disabled driver convenience punch card. The Board of Skagit County Commissioners has signed Resolution R20120139, amending Resolution R20110099, regarding the establishment of the Guemes Island Ferry fare structure. The cost for a peak 10-trip vehicle and driver punch card will be $100.00; the cost for the peak 10-trip vehicle and senior/disabled driver will be $90.00. The 10-trip punch cards will be available for sale beginning May 20, 2017. All 10-trip convenience punch cards will expire upon the next fare increase.
